A hydraulic lift is a machine capable of lifting and lowering, consisting of a walking mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, electric control mechanism, and support mechanism. Hydraulic oil, under pressure from a vane pump, passes through a filter, explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, hydraulic check valve, and balancing valve into the bottom of the cylinder. This causes the piston in the cylinder to move upward, lifting the load. Return oil from the top of the cylinder flows back to the tank via the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. The rated pressure is adjusted via an overflow valve.
The hydraulic pump station system consists of a motor, hydraulic pump, oil tank, and auxiliary components. Its function is to provide a stable power source for the hydraulic cylinder and to store hydraulic fluid. In addition to storing oil, the oil tank also filters oil, cools the motor and hydraulic pump, and provides sound insulation.
The hydraulic system consists of an integrated valve block, check valve, speed limiting shut-off valve, and cylinder. The hydraulic system includes overpressure protection, locking, and pressure display functions. The check valve is the main valve in the oil circuit, used to lock the system after shutdown. The speed limiting shut-off valve is installed on the cylinder and quickly cuts off the oil circuit in case of oil pipe rupture, preventing the plunger and load from dropping.
Hydraulic Lift Table Operating Procedure:
1.1 When the hydraulic lift table is in the low position and conditions are met for loading, load the item onto the lift table.
1.2 After loading is complete and the workpiece is in place on the roller bed, raise the hydraulic lift table. The lifting device is driven by a hydraulic cylinder for high-speed lifting.
1.3 During the process of the lifting device entering the high position area, when the lifting device's sensor bar senses the high-position [speed reduction switch], the lifting speed changes from high speed to low speed according to the set deceleration time, then operates at low speed.
1.4 During the low-speed operation of the lifting device, when the sensor bar senses the high-position [limit switch], the lifting device stops operating. The automatic lifting process to the high position is complete. At this time, the sensor bar of the lifting device senses 2 switches, namely the [high-position limit switch] and the [speed reduction switch].
1.5 When the downstream rotating transfer machine is in place and conditions are met for unloading, proceed with the unloading procedure on the hydraulic lift table.
1.6 After unloading, Hydraulic Lift Table lower from the high position to the low position. Proceed to the next cycle's receiving function.
