II. Operation Procedure:
1. Before operation, carefully inspect all parts of the lifting platform, focusing on checking whether the screw connections are reliable,
whether there are any leaks in the hydraulic pipelines, and whether there is any loosening or damage to the wire connections.
2. Before lifting the platform, place the four support legs firmly on solid
ground, and adjust the working platform to a horizontal state (visual inspection is sufficient). Connect the power supply, the indicator light should be on. Then start the motor, the oil pump works, lift and lower it a couple of times without load, and check that all parts are functioning normally before starting work. When the temperature is below 10℃, let the oil pump run for 3-5 minutes to confirm that the oil pump is working normally before proceeding.
3. After the operator enters the platform, close the guardrail door, insert the pin, fasten the safety rope, and the center of the load (where the person stands) should be as close to the center of the working platform as possible.
4. Lifting and lowering: Press the "lift" button to start the motor. The motor rotates, the hydraulic system works, the oil cylinder extends, and the platform rises; when it reaches the required working height, press the motor "stop" button, the platform stops lifting and lowering, and work can begin. If the "stop" button is not pressed, when the platform rises to the rated height (8 meters for this machine), the limit switch will work and the platform will stop at the rated height. After work is completed, press the "lower" button, the solenoid valve will act, the oil cylinder return oil is connected, and the platform lowers by its own weight.
5. During the use of the hydraulic platform, overloading is strictly prohibited (the rated load of this machine is 300 kg), and personnel on the platform must not move during the lifting and lowering process.
6. When moving or towing the hydraulic platform, the support legs should be retracted and the platform should be lowered to a lower position. Personnel are strictly prohibited from moving the platform at high altitudes.
7. If the platform malfunctions and cannot work normally, the power should be cut off immediately for repair. Equipment should not be operated in a faulty state, and non-professional personnel should not disassemble hydraulic or electrical components.
8. Do not use this machine on uneven ground; Do not lift the platform when the platform is not stable, the extended legs are not adjusted, leveled, or not firmly grounded;
9. Do not adjust or retract the extended legs while there are people on the platform or while it is lifting;
10. Do not move the machine while the platform is raised; if you need to move it, please retract the platform first and release the legs;
