The lifting principle and uses of a fixed lifting platform
A fixed hydraulic lift is a lifting device that vertically transports goods from a low position to a high position or vice versa. It uses a hydraulic system for driving, hence the name hydraulic lift. Fixed hydraulic lifts can be divided into fixed scissor lifts and fixed guide rail lifts according to different lifting methods. Scissor lifts are generally suitable for lifts with large load capacities (generally 10 tons or more) and large platform areas (generally 15 square meters or more). Conversely, guide rail lifts are preferred. Guide rail lifts are more suitable for transporting goods between multiple floors, requiring a prepared opening. The maximum lifting height can reach about 35 meters, and its lifting stability and ease of operation are comparable to scissor lifts. We usually consider the type of lift based on multiple factors such as customer's specific usage scenarios, applicable locations, lifting height, load capacity, and platform size, to achieve the customer's usage goals. A Brief Discussion on the Daily Maintenance and Use of Hydraulic Lift Platform Motors
1. Strictly prohibit connecting the wrong power supply to the lifting platform motor. Make sure it is 380V or 220V voltage. 2. Carry out daily cleaning work and promptly remove dust and debris from the motor. 3. Avoid dampness, especially during storage. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid rain and snow during operation. 4. Strictly prohibit overloading. Overloading will increase the burden on the motor and may cause the motor to burn out in severe cases.
