1. Select the appropriate hydraulic oil

Hydraulic oil in Hydraulic Lift Table The system plays a role in pressure transmission, lubrication, cooling, and sealing. Improper selection of hydraulic oil is the main reason for the early failure and reduced durability of the hydraulic lift table system. Hydraulic oil should be selected according to the brand specified in the accompanying operation manual. In special cases, when alternative oil needs to be used, its performance should be the same as the original brand.

2. Prevent solid impurities from entering the hydraulic lift table system

Clean hydraulic oil is the lifeblood of the hydraulic lift table system. The hydraulic lift table system has many precision parts, such as damping holes and gaps. If solid impurities enter, it will cause the precision coupling to tighten, hairpins, oil passages to be blocked, etc., thus endangering the safe operation of the hydraulic lift table system.

(1) When refueling

The hydraulic oil must be filtered and injected, and the refueling tools must be reliable and clean. In order to increase the refueling speed, the filter at the fuel tank filling port cannot be removed. The refueling personnel should wear clean gloves and work clothes to prevent solid impurities and fiber impurities from falling into the oil.

(2) Maintain time

Remove parts such as the oil filler cap, filter cap, inspection hole, and hydraulic pipe of the hydraulic oil tank. When the system oil passage is exposed, avoid dust. The removed parts must be thoroughly cleaned before opening. When removing the hydraulic oil tank oil filling port cover, first remove the soil around the oil tank cover, loosen the oil tank cover, remove the remaining garbage at the joint, and open the oil tank cover after confirming that it is clean. When using wiping materials and hammers, choose wiping materials that will not remove fiber impurities and special hammers with rubber attached to the striking surface. Before assembly, carefully clean and dry the hydraulic components and hydraulic hoses with high-pressure air, and select well-packaged filter elements. Clean the filter when changing the oil. Before installing the filter, carefully clean the dirt in the filter housing with a wiping material.

(3) Cleaning of the hydraulic lift table system

The cleaning oil must be the same grade as the hydraulic oil used in the system, and the oil temperature is between 45~80℃. Try to remove impurities from the system with a large flow rate. The hydraulic lift table system must be cleaned repeatedly 3 times or more. After each cleaning, drain the system while the oil is hot. After cleaning, clean the filter, replace the filter element and add new oil.

3. Prevent air and water from entering the hydraulic lift table system

At normal pressure and temperature, the hydraulic oil contains 6~8% air by volume. When the pressure drops, the gas separates from the oil, the bubbles burst, causing cavitation in the hydraulic components, producing noise. A large amount of air entering the oil will aggravate cavitation, increase the compressibility of the hydraulic oil, make the work unstable, reduce the work efficiency, and cause the actuator to have adverse consequences such as work crawling. In addition, air will also oxidize the hydraulic oil and accelerate the deterioration of the oil. When preventing air from entering, pay attention to the following points:

(1) After maintenance and oil change, before normal operation, the air in the system should be removed according to the regulations in the accompanying operation manual.

(2) The oil suction pipe inlet of the hydraulic oil pump must not be exposed to the oil surface, and the oil suction pipe must be well sealed.

(3) The oil pump drive shaft should be well sealed. When replacing the oil seal, a double-lip oil seal should be used instead of a single-lip oil seal. Because the single-lip oil seal can only be a one-way oil seal and has no air sealing function.
