II. Hydraulic Lifting Platform Operating Procedures:

1. Before operation, carefully inspect all parts of the lifting platform, paying particular attention to checking whether the screw connections are reliable.

Check for leaks in hydraulic pipe components and whether there is any looseness or damage to the wire contacts, etc.

2. Before lifting the lifting platform, the four support legs should be firmly supported.

On the ground, adjust the platform to a horizontal state (visual inspection). Turn on the power; the indicator light should be on. Then start the motor and oil pump, lift the platform without load once or twice, and check that all parts are functioning normally before starting work. When the temperature is below 10℃, the oil pump should run for 3-5 minutes; confirm that the oil pump is working normally before starting.

3. After the operator enters the platform, the guardrail door should be closed, the bolt inserted, and the safety rope fastened. The center of the load (where the person stands) should be as close to the center of the platform as possible.

4. Lifting: Press the "lift" button to start the motor. The motor rotates, the hydraulic system works, the oil cylinder extends, and the platform lifts; when the platform rises to the required working height, press the motor's "stop" button, and the platform will stop lifting, then begin work. If the "stop" button is not pressed, when the platform rises to the calibrated height (8m for the machine), the limit switch will operate, and the platform will stop at the calibrated height. After work is completed, press the "down" button, and the solenoid valve will operate. At this time, the oil cylinder return oil opens, and the platform will descend by its own weight.

5. Overloading is strictly prohibited during the use of the hydraulic platform (the rated load of this machine is 300 kg), and the platform operator must not move during the lifting process.

6. When moving or towing the hydraulic platform, the support legs should be folded, and the platform should be lowered to a very low position. Operators are strictly prohibited from moving the platform at heights.

7. When the platform malfunctions, the power should be cut off immediately for repair. Operating the equipment with faults is strictly prohibited. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble hydraulic and electrical components.

8. Please do not use this machine on unstable ground. Do not lift the platform if the platform is unstable, the support legs are not leveled, or the landing is unreliable.

9. Please do not adjust or fold the support legs when there are people on the platform or the support legs are raised;

10. Do not move the machine when the platform is raised. If you need to move it, please lower the platform first and release the legs.
