V. Use of Fixed Loading Ramps

Fixed loading ramps are mainly composed of a connecting plate, panel, base frame, safety baffle, support foot, lifting cylinder, control box, and hydraulic station. Fixed loading ramps are loading and unloading auxiliary equipment used with warehouse platforms. They are integrated with the platform and can be adjusted according to different heights of truck bodies, both higher and lower, facilitating forklift entry into the truck body. VI. Loading Ramp Operation Method:

1. First, open the car's tailgate and fasten it to both sides of the truck body. Then, reverse the car close to the anti-collision pads on both sides of the loading ramp pit, and brake the car.

2. Turn on the main power switch in the control box, press the operation button, and the fixed loading ramp panel will slowly rise. When it reaches a higher height, the front connecting plate of the loading ramp will begin to extend. When the connecting plate rises to the same plane as the panel, release the button, and the panel and connecting plate will slowly descend in the same plane, and the connecting plate will naturally rest on the bottom surface of the rear of the car. The contact area should be no less than 100 mm.

3. If the bottom surface of the truck body is lower than the height of the platform where the loading ramp is installed, while releasing the button to lower the panel, tighten the small chain to move the support foot away from the support foot pad recess, and the panel and connecting plate can be lowered to a position below the platform height, until the connecting plate lands on the lower bottom surface of the truck body.

4. After work is completed, press the operation button, the panel and connecting plate will rise together, the car drives away, release the button, and the panel will automatically fall back into place.

5. Then turn off the main power switch.

VII. Safety Precautions for Using Loading Ramps:

1. The loading ramp must be operated and maintained by a designated person, and unskilled personnel must not operate it without authorization.

2. No personnel may enter under the loading ramp frame or between the safety baffles to perform other operations while the loading ramp is in operation, to avoid danger!

3. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

4. Do not press the operation button while the loading ramp is loading or unloading.

5. After the connecting plate is fully extended, release the operation button immediately to prevent the cylinder from being under pressure for a long time.

6. If any abnormal situation occurs during operation, troubleshoot the problem before use; do not force use.

7. When repairing or maintaining, use the safety support rod correctly.

8. The vehicle must be braked and stopped during loading and unloading operations with the loading ramp.
