Long-term pressure on the hydraulic cylinder will seriously affect the service life of the hydraulic valve and various hydraulic cylinders.

5. Observe the level gauge and fine-tune the leg level. Note: The iron level gauge may be damaged or manually offset. When adjusting the level, observe the verticality of the telescopic cylinder. If a problem is found, check the level gauge. Do not lift the lifting platform until the problem is resolved.

6. There are two M12 screw holes on the base of the telescopic cylinder used to secure the telescopic cylinder. Remember: Before using the electric lift, be sure to secure the screws; after use, be sure to tilt and move the electric lift; and be sure to loosen the securing screws.

7. Loosen the anti-rotation ladder clamping screw after the cylinder is vertical; install the anti-rotation ladder clamping screw before tilting.

8. Set the switch to the manual position and check the manual buttons. Set the switch to the remote control position and check the remote control.

9. Operators board the electric lift, check if the railing screws are securely connected, and fasten their safety harnesses.

10. Start the remote control button, or operate from the ground.

11. When the platform rises to the required height, press the stop button; the platform will stop rising and maintain pressure at the required position. Press the down button; the platform descends, and after a 10-second delay, the descent accelerates. If the descent speed needs to be adjusted, lengthen the delay time and open the electrical control cabinet for adjustment.
