All connecting shafts should be equipped with cotter pins, and they should be fully opened.
5. Regularly check whether the mechanism is running normally without noise. If any fault is found, it must be removed promptly.
6. When installing, disassembling, and adjusting the rotating mechanism, care should be taken to ensure that the center line of the rotating mechanism reducer is parallel to the center line of the gear, and its meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance should be appropriate.
7. Regularly check all wires and cables for damage. Wrap and replace damaged parts in time.
8. If the electric hoist is overheated, stop it immediately, troubleshoot the problem, and then continue operation. The motor bearing lubrication should be good.
9. For each part brush, the contact surface should be kept clean, and the brush pressure should be adjusted so that the contact area is not less than 50%.
10. Keep all control boxes, distribution boxes, etc., clean and remove dust from electrical equipment in time.
