  1. With the lowering button pressed, use a multimeter to check if the lowering valve has power. If not, check the wiring and troubleshoot.

  2. If there is power to the lowering valve when the lowering button is pressed, the lowering valve itself is defective and needs to be checked. In dusty environments, the electromagnetic coil should be removed and cleaned.

  3. Excessive dust can cause relay failure. Clean and reinstall to test. Then disassemble and clean the vane pump of the lowering valve. The vane pump should not be stuck, and it must be kept clean and move freely.

  4. Adjust the lowering speed control valve if it is out of balance. If the adjustment fails, replace the valve.
