After-sales Service Commitment:
1. Offer one-year warranty period of whole equipment. During warranty period, all parts damaged due to quality problems can be replaced for free.
2. If the machine breaks down, we will arrive at the site outside the province within 72h and the site in the province within 24h after receiving the notice.
3. Beyond the warranty period, we will provide satisfactory services for users in lifetime, and change the parts at purchase price.
4. Train operators earnestly for users;
5. Make technical exchanges with users frequently, listen to users’ reasonable suggestions, and improve the machine.
6. View users as God, and meet all their reasonable requirements.
